What were the aims of your marketing promotion?

We wanted to increase customer awareness about the Life Fitness brand and maintain good communications about product launches with new and existing customers.

Which campaign did you chose to run and what did it comprise of?

We ran a series of new brand advertisements as part of a brand awareness campaign to communicate our new brand image and message to customers.

What response did you receive?

This campaign, in addition to other marketing communication tools, prompted a very positive response from customers. They feel that the new brand has revitalised Life Fitness and is in keeping with their own goals, both personal and business.
  
How did you view the success of the campaign?

Our campaign reached a wide audience in the fitness industry, which was our main aim. It communicated the new Life Fitness brand vision, "What We Live For", and what it stands for to our customers across the UK.
